Admiral,

I am not entirely certain how to go about requesting items for the inmate to whom I have been assigned. I would like to ask that he be given matches. That is, Mr Castiel has earned my trust exquisitely and it would be quite rude not to call upon such a small favor in service of him. I beg of you to let me know how this might be possible.
